A playful and ironic homage to the art of cocktail making, this portable bar turns the process into a scientific pursuit, with custom-designed labels, a breathalyser, a Bunsen burner, latex gloves, a scalpel for dissecting fruit and measuring flasks to ensure absolute accuracy. Intoxi-lab was made for the event ‘Paint Me a Drink‘ at 20 Hoxton Square, showcasing established and emerging artists, with original commissioned artwork inspired by a particular drink or cocktail of their choice.
