Using chalk – a transient material reminiscent of childhood classrooms – the humorous IQ watch, created in the spirit of Dadaism, recalls school blackboard lessons with a sense of nostalgia and emotion.
To date, Rolf Sachs has worked with Fortis on four art edition watch projects: IQ, frisson, 2π and 2.4ml, joining a distinguished group of designers who have created limited edition watches for the Swiss watchmaker.
