neon, steel bucket, natural stones
H 442 x W 90 x D 60 cm
This site-specific neon installation is a reflection on alpine history, culture, and craftsmanship and made with the help of traditional craftsmen – such as carpenters who produce traditional alpine dairy tools and sledges, paper cut artists, and regional stone cutters. This new series of works was shown alongside some iconic pieces at the Vieux Chalet in Gstaad (Switzerland) in collaboration with Hauser & Wirth. The exhibition featured sculptures, portraiture and a large-scale site-specific installation on the exterior.
